Stamping technology allows us to produce rectangular-profile connector pins as well as complex electrical interconnection lead frames. Designing and making our own progressive die stamping tools, the Dietze Group has all the required technical expertise in-house to manufacture miniature stamping geometries with the highest precision.
Covering all steps from product design to series production, we are your ideal partner to guarantee a smooth run-up for your critical connector parts. To guarantee a superior level of quality, our stamped connectors are exclusively manufactured on Bruderer presses.
EloPin®
Patented compliant press-fit zone for stamped connectors
The patented EloPin® flexible connection with a compliant press-fit zone ensures solder-free assembly even in multi-contact applications. The Dietze Group was the first company to qualify ELO-Pin 0.4 x 0.6 zone used in miniaturized packages.
